Projection Equipment & Sound System Pricing
SOUND SYSTEM: Ideal for small gatherings such as Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, home or backyard birthday/anniversary parties, etc. If added on to projection system - $100.00. If stand alone - $175.00. Includes 1 microphone and a CD player. Extra mikes are $15.00 each; total allowed – 3.
PAYMENTS
The cost for renting my VIDEO PROJECTION EQUIPMENT is $350.00. This includes a digital projector, an 8-foot square screen (rated for 250 to 300 people), a DVD player, all necessary cables and an operator. This projector is capable of accepting a laptop computer feed. The sound for the Montage is run through the MC/DJ’s system. If you used me to create the montage or I am also taping the Party then the equipment cost becomes $300. The rental of this equipment is subject to availability.
Payment for PROJECTION EQUIPMENT rental (with or without a Sound System) is $100.00 as a deposit with the remaining amount due the evening of the party before the cocktail hour begins. (This allows the operator to pack up and leave without disturbing you or the on going party.) The operator will get there well before the cocktail hour. He will set up and test run the equipment in conjunction with the MC/DJ’s sound system. If no MC/DJ is present you would need to rent my Sound System.
